Welcome!
...to Vic Brincat's Antique and Vintage Clarinets pages.
In addition to being an amateur clarinet player, I collect and restore vintage clarinets as a hobby. I put this WEB site together merely to document the work I've done and to provide a means of cataloging my clarinets and post picture of them in various stages of restoration.
The pages of this WEB site contain the clarinets I have restored and now own. Most of these instruments where purchased as "basket cases" needing extensive repairs or were intended to be used as spare parts. They range from the mid 1800s to the1990s. With the exception of the Simple System clarinets, I play each clarinet on a regular basis.

This is my collection of clarinets,
which I house in a 1936 cabinet/desk that was made in Toronto. Not shown
in the cabinet is a mid-1800s Boehm System Bb Buffet and a Simple System,
C-clarinet made by Beavon.Ball made in the late 1800s.
